Quantum dots: an overview of synthesis, properties, and applications

چکیده

Abstract Quantum dots (QDs) have sparked great interest due to their unique electronic, optical, and structural properties. In this review, we provide a critical analysis of the latest advances in synthesis, properties, applications QDs. We discuss synthesis techniques, including colloidal hydrothermal highlight how underlying principles these techniques affect resulting properties then delve into wide range QDs, from QDs based color conversion, light-emitting diodes biomedicine quantum-based cryptography spintronics. Finally, identify current challenges future prospects for quantum dot research. By reading readers will gain deeper understanding state-of-the-art research potential development.
